In all probability it is not even of\nIndian origin and hence there is no mention about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, in order to answer your\nquestion I would put to use well established Vastu Shastra norms which clearly\nstate that Golden Duranta which to the best of my knowledge is like a short\nshrub is best planted in the North and the East directions. Its colour also is\nin sync with these directions. The South and West directions are normally\nreserved for plants and trees which grow very tall and are dense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will need to ensure that the\nGolden Duranta is well trimmed and maintained so that it does not generate any\nkind of a negative energy. Dying and dead Golden Duranta\u2019s should be removed\nand disposed off immediately. You will also need to ensure that the Golden\nDuranta does not grow very tall ( which to my limited knowledge generally does\nnot happen ) or else the entire idea of planting it in the North or the East\ndirection is lost.
