Firstly, I would always\nsuggest that one should not keep a single peacock at home and rather keep a\npair or a group of them. The Peacock\u2019s are regarded auspicious in many ways.\nThey are also known to attract prosperity and wealth. The peacock is also\nfeatured as a vehicle ( Vahan ) of one of the important Hindu Gods who is a\nwarrior himself. So they also offer protection to the person who keeps them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, as per Indian Wild Life Act one is not allowed to keep\nPeacock\u2019s as pet as far as my knowledge goes.
