As it is then\nregarded to be \u201cDesecrated\u201d ( Khandit or Bhang ) and all desecrated things\nregarded of what it is gives rise to dying and negative energies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hence, in the light of this\nfundamental tenet I would suggest that after expressing your gratitude to the\nTortoise for all the good in your life ask it for forgiveness ( Kshama Yachna )\nfor having to dispose it away and replace it with another new one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can dispose it away in\nclean water which may be flowing like a River or in a Pond or a Well or even in\nthe Ocean if you have access to it.
