It\nsaddens me to say that many a Astrologer or Pandits insist that a Gemstone\nneeds to be changed at frequent intervals. All of them give different time\nperiods for the change of the Gemstone. They opine that the Gemstone loses its\npowers after some period of use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My\ntake on this is on the contrary. There are very few instances when you really\nneed to change the Gemstone one is wearing. Simply changing it because a\ncertain period has elapsed makes no sense to me. This kind of an advice is\nrather fishy to me and smacks of trying to earn an extra buck at regular\nintervals. Nowadays most of the Astrologers and Pandits stock Gemstones and\nhence one has to be very practical and not fall in the trap of changing the\nGemstone for silly and inconsequential reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some\nof the valid reasons why one may need to change the Gemstone are listed ahead :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A.<\/strong> If the Gemstone one\nis wearing has Cracked, Chipped or Broken then it is regarded to be\ninauspicious as it is called \u201cKhandit\u201d<\/strong> \/ \u201cBhang\u201d<\/strong> \/ \u201cDesecrated\u201d<\/strong> and\nhence must be changed or replaced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B.<\/strong> If you have lost\nyour Gemstone and it is still a valid Gemstone to wear as per your Horoscope\nthen in this exceptional case also you will need to buy a new Gemstone and wear\nthe same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C.<\/strong> On account of\nbudgetary considerations or because you wanted to start off with a cheap\nGemstone to see its positive effects and now having felt them you would like to\nupgrade the Gemstone to a better quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D.<\/strong> If you have carried\nit to a Crematorium or any other such places where there is tons of negative\nenergy and no amount of energisation will help revive the Gemstone\u2019s virtues\nthen in this exceptional case too, you are suggested to change the Gemstone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\ncould be no other reason why you need to change the Gemstone in my limited\nknowledge and experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However,\none must bear in mind that most of the wearers normally commit the folly of\nhaving once worn the Gemstone, they do not either Clean, Cleanse or Energise\nit. You must ask your consultant for all the pertinent details in this regard\nin the course of purchasing the Gemstone. These exercises have to be done\nperiodically and religiously. You should also ask him for methods of re\nenergising the Gemstones in order to ensure that they are bubbling with\npositive energy. Gemstones, which are not treated in this manner will lose out\nits energy and become a listless Gemstone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do\nbear in mind that there is nothing in this world which does not require some\nbasic maintenance and upkeep. The more you immaculately take care of your\nGemstone the greater is it\u2019s life and potency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
