Let me try and do\njustice to this question by my humble answer. To the best of my knowledge and\nexperience I have neither ever read or come across any rule which disbars one\nfrom having a Dog as a pet from the Vastu Shastra point of view. Vastu Shastra\nhas given various locations for the placements of various animals in your\npremise. But in no way has it ever considered Dogs to be harmful or troublesome\nor inauspicious in any manner. In fact it has suggested that the kennel for\nDogs should be ideally made as a first preference in the Southeast direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astrologically speaking, Dogs do benefit humans in many ways.\nThey safeguard humans from the wrath of many evil planets.
