It is customary in my line of work as a professional astrologer to be repeatedly asked this common question which is - If the client has to pray to a particular God/ Goddess/ Deity for their well being and some for the appeasement of their malefic stars who should they pray to. This question sounds more like the political opportunist who would leave his lineage and all his faith for a greener Pasteur or more prospective party at the drop of a pin.
Is it correct to have pictures of Gods and religious gurus in wallets?
Most of us have this common habit of placing photographs of Gods and religious Gurus as a part of our faith in them.
Most of you would answer me in the affirmative and say “Yes” and wonder what is the reason for me creating such a commotion about it? Most of the people commit this blunder.
In my early days of dabbling with spirituality I was stuck with the false rut of chanting various mantras for specific number of times. I was fully sold to the idea that incase I do not chant the mantra for those many times I would not achieve any of my spiritual goals. Over the years and graying of my hair, not that I have achieved any daunting spiritual feats, I certainly have personally come to believe and strongly advise my clients and friends NOT TO COUNT THE NUMBER OF TIMES THEY CHANT MANTRAS.
